Privacy is important to Pro3Elite LLC (“Pro3”) and its policy sets-out how it manages the personal information we hold about customers.

Where customers choose not to provide any information necessary to fulfill a request for a specific product or service, Pro3 may not be able to provide the requested product or service.

How do we use this information and who may we disclose it to?

Unless informed otherwise, personal information held is used for establishing and managing any business relationship and account(s), reviewing ongoing needs, enhancing customer service and products and or giving ongoing information or opportunities that Pro3 believes may be relevant and appropriate.

Depending on the product or service concerned and particular restrictions on sensitive information, this means that personal information may be disclosed to:
  • Introducing brokers with whom Pro3 also has a mutual relationship (and who may be within or outside the European Economic Area)
  • Credit providers, courts, tribunals, other regulatory authorities and legal agencies as required or authorised by law
  • Credit reporting or reference agencies
  • Anyone authorised by an individual, as specified by that individual or the contract

Generally, external organisations engaged and used by Pro3 to handle or obtain personal information as its service provider are required to acknowledge the confidentiality of information and to undertake to respect an individual’s right to privacy and comply with the Data Protection Principles and Pro3’s corporate policy.

Other third parties used may keep a record of any searches performed on our behalf and may use the search details to assist other companies in performing their searches, and such third parties may not be fully covered by Pro3’s privacy policy or subject to equivalent privacy standards and procedures.

Pro3 educates and promotes to employees handling personal information to respect the confidentiality of customer information and the privacy of individuals. It regards breaches of privacy very seriously and may impose appropriate sanctions and penalties, including contractual dismissal.

Pro3 may be required to maintain and hold records for a significant period of time, but when information is no longer needed it will safely and securely removed or destroyed.

Pro3 endeavours to ensure that any personal information held is accurate and up-to-date. However, such information may change frequently e.g. change of address and other personal circumstances, and Pro3 seeks to be able to identify, accept and update customer information in a fair and efficient manner.

You have the right to check what personal information about you is held by us

Under Data Protection legislation, customers may have the right to obtain a copy of any personal information held and to inform Pro3 to correct any inaccuracies.

To submit a request, please write to us via email, verifying your identity and specifying your requirements. Please note that Pro3 may charge a fee to cover the cost of validating and processing an application and locating, retrieving, reviewing, copying and providing any material requested. Pro3 will acknowledge any request and endeavour to respond to it within 40 days of receipt of a valid application and any applicable fee.
